Q1. Do you have a catalog?
Answer:
- Yes. To order a catalog of our African
and ethnic catalog (Sankofa collection), click here.
Q2. Can I order with my credit card on the telephone ?
Answer:
- Yes Please call toll-free (877) 293-2496 and provide your
billing and shipping information, credit card information, product
ID,
quantity, and color. For custom made clothing, please provide
measurements.
Q3. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Answer:
- For items in stock (ready-made clothing), please allow 2 weeks
from date of order confirmation to receive order, unless otherwise
specified.
- Our average turnaround time on custom orders is 3 weeks from date
of order confirmation. However, this may vary depending on the
complexity of the order such as availability of fabric, style,
overseas delivery, etc. You will be notified if your order requires
overseas delivery.
- Imported (international) products incur a longer timeframe for delivery - usually
6-8 weeks. Majority
of our African and ethnic clothing and items with embroidery are
made overseas.
- We
generally require 6-8 weeks delivery on custom made bridal clothing.
- If your order is on backorder, we will contact you promptly to
confirm the order.
Q4. What is your return policy?
Answer:
Ready Made Order
- Exchange or store credit towards purchase of same or another item
in stock will be issued for returned merchandise if item is returned
within 7 days from shipment date in original condition, undamaged
and unworn.
- Shipping and handling is non refundable.
Custom Made Order
Non-refundable and non-exchangeable. A custom order is made to
specifications provided. Please provide
accurate measurements.

Q5. Can you deliver to addresses outside the United States?
Answer:
- We prefer shipping to addresses in the United States. Exceptions apply,
therefore please send us an e-mail including your name, billing and
shipping address, item #s, price and quantity.

- No - Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Q10. Where should we send returns?
Answer:
- Please send us an e-mail
or call for approval prior
to sending returns. Custom orders are non-returnable except
for manufacturer defects. Authorization is required prior to
returns.

Q12. How should I measure myself?
Answer:

more information. Kindly provide accurate measurements in order for the outfit to fit
properly.
Q13. What services and products do you provide?
Answer:
We specialize in custom made and ready made maternity clothing,
bridal and formal
wear, African and ethnic apparel, ethnic arts and crafts.
Q14. Tell me more about your African and ethnic clothing?
Answer:
- Our ethnic collection is hand made, hand stitched, and hand dyed by
designers and tailors in the U.S. and West African countries including
Ghana, and Ivory Coast.
- The embroideries on our ethnic attire have been carefully
handcrafted and delicately harnessed onto fine fabrics. Ours is
functional, prestigious and regal, a testament to what we do for our
esteemed customers.
- There may be slight
variations in the fabric, design, and embroidery among items for sale.

For instances where the same fabric is not in stock, we notify you
regarding substitute fabric for your order.
