Our prices, disclaimer and return policy are subject to change without notice.  Please allow 2 weeks from date of order confirmation to receive ready made products (unless otherwise specified).  Custom made products are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks if made in the U.S.  Imported (international) products may incur a longer timeframe for delivery - usually 4 weeks.  We generally require 6-8 weeks delivery on custom made bridal clothing. 

For credit card orders, the name on the credit card account must match the name on the order for the order to be shipped or made.  When completing our custom order form or placing a credit card order, please enter all required fields. 

Rush or express orders mailed in the U.S. incur an additional charge.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Customer is required to pay for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges on all orders.

Many of our African attire are hand made, hand stitched, and hand dyed by designers and tailors in West Africa. Therefore, there may be slight variations in the fabric, design, and embroidery among items for sale.  Moreover, we cannot guarantee that the same fabric and/or design will be in stock. However, TeKay Designs will notify you via our web site, e-mail, or telephone regarding substitute items for your order.
