Measurement Questionnaire For Pregnant Female

Note: Please provide your actual measurements in inches and order your
actual pregnancy size.

1. Full Length (or Dress Length)? (Required) (Please measure from the top of your shoulder (at neckline), over the fullest part of your bust,to hem or desired end of dress (without shoes). For a full length dress, measure from top of your shoulder to the floor without shoes. For a below or above knee length dress, measure from top of your shoulder to the desired end point (without shoes).
2. Bust ? (Required) (Around the fullest part of your bust. Kindly wear a bra when you take this measurement)
3. Shoulder to empire waist ? (Required) (Measure from top of shoulder (at your neckline) over fullest part of bust to base of bust)
4. Full Shoulder / Back ? (Required) (Shoulder to shoulder - measure from tip of one shoulder (across the neckline) to tip of the other shoulder )
5. Height ? (Required) From top of head to floor without shoes(in feet and inches). For example: 5 feet 5 inches)
6. Size ? (Required) (Actual Size from 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 1X, 2X, 3X;Please indicate if you are between sizes.)
7. Sleeve Length? (Measure from the tip of your shoulder to desired end point of sleeves. For long sleeves, measure from tip of your shoulder to wrist. For short sleeves, measure from tip of shoulder to where the sleeves should stop. Measure with your arm slightly bent
8. Around Belly ?(Required) (Measure around the fullest part of your belly keeping the tape measure a little loose for comfort.)

•› Standard measurements for maternity clothing Note: We prefer that you provide your exact measurements and we will advise how many inches to add which is usually 1 to 2 inches to the actual bust and 5 inches to the actual belly measurements depending on when you plan to wear the dress. Exceptions apply for women who are growing faster, carrying twins,or multiple babies planning to wear the dress in third trimester or the last month of pregnancy. We treat each customer's order with care and attention. Measurements are reviewed prior to production for custom made products. A representative will contact you if there are any questions about the measurements and/or the order. We also suggest that you place your order within4 to 6 weeks of the date you would like to receive the dress. For elaborate maternity wedding dresses with beaded lace. we advise that you place your order within 8 weeks of the requested delivery date.

LADIES - HOW TO MEASURE

Measure over the undergarments you normally wear. Hold the tape measure comfortably snug, but not tight.

Full Length OR Dress Length:	Please measure from the top of your shoulder, over the fullest part of your bust, to hem or desired end of dress (without shoes). For a full length outfit, measure from top of your shoulder to the floor without shoes. For a below or above knee length outfit, measure from top of your shoulder to the desired end point. (Required)
Bust:	Please measure around the fullest part of your bust and straight across your back, keeping the tape a little loose for comfort. kindly wear a bra when you take this measurement.(Required)
Shoulder to Empire Waist:	Please measure from the top of your shoulder over the fullest part of your bust to the base of your bust. (Required For Pregnant females or dresses with empire waist lines)
Waist:	Please measure around your natural waist, keeping the tape a little loose for comfort. Required for Non Pregnant Female, Not Required for Pregnant Female
Full Shoulder (Back):	Shoulder to shoulder (Back). Please measure from the tip of one shoulder (at the joint where your arm meets your shoulder) across the top of your upper neckline) to the tip of your other shoulder.(Required)
Height:	From top of head to floor without shoes. For example: 5 feet, 5 inches) (Required)
Size:	(Actual Size from 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 1X, 2X, 3X; Please indicate if you are between sizes.) (Required)
Sleeve Length:	Please measure from the tip of your shoulder to desired end point of sleeves. For long sleeves, measure from tip of your shoulder to wrist.
