Online Sales Agreement, Policies & Disclaimer
Please review these terms carefully and ensure agreement prior to making a purchase.

Refund / Return Policy
For ready made products, exchange or store credit towards purchase of same or another item in stock will be issued for returned merchandise if item is returned within 7 days from shipment date in original condition, undamaged and unworn.



Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. A custom order is made to measurements provided by customer. All sales are final. The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements.



Clearance and sale items are non-refundable. The Special Instructions on Order will specify whether specific clearance and sale items may be exchanged for another item in stock within 7 days from shipment date in original condition, undamaged and unworn. Final Clearance sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Store credit - no cash refunds.



Authorization from TeKay Designs is required prior to return. All packages should be mailed via insured and prepaid US Mail, Fed Ex or UPS (for your protection and to insure prompt delivery). Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Measurement Questionnaire
You can provide additional measurements in the comments section of the order form. The order form with billing and shipping fields, and comments box will be displayed after the "Order Now" button is clicked. You may also send us an e-mail after order is placed.

Delivery Information
Please allow up to 10 days from date of order date to receive ready made products (unless otherwise specified) in the U.S. International orders (delivery outside the U.S.) will incur a longer timeframe.   

Custom made products are usually delivered in the U.S. within 2-3 weeks if made in the U.S. Imported (international) products may incur a longer timeframe for delivery - usually 6 to 8 weeks.  

The average turnaround time for delivery in the U.S. for a rush order with express mail payment for products made in the U.S.A. is 10 days (excluding holidays) provided all measurements are received with order and/or confirmed in a timely manner. Exceptions apply for rush orders made overseas and imported to the U.S. Rush order processing fee and Express mail fee are required for a rush order to be processed.

Orders with delivery outside the U.S. will incur an international shipment fee of $35 in addition to regular shipping & handling fees. International rush order and express mail available for additional fees. Exceptions apply. The customer is responsible for custom duties, fees, taxes on international shipments.  

If you have a required due date to receive the order, you may enter the date in the Due Date or Comments section of the order form.
